1. Booking Policies
• Booking Timeframe: Reservations must be made at least 4 to 12 hours prior to the experience, depending on the specific activity.
• Payment Requirements: Pay 100% online at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
• Cancellations with refund or rescheduling requests must be made between 4 and 12 hours prior to the experience, depending on the specific activity.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal
Credit/Debit Cards payments are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring the safety and protection of your data.
4. Safety and Restrictions
• Use of Chemical Sunscreens: The use of chemical sunscreens is strictly prohibited to protect the marine ecosystem. Please use reef-safe alternatives or avoid using sunscreen altogether.
Boat Options:
• Suitable for all ages.
• Not suitable for individuals who require the use of a wheelchair.
Sea-Based Options:
• Recommended for participants aged 4 years and older.
• Not suitable for individuals who are unable to swim. However, life jackets will be provided for additional support.
• Guide Instructions: Participants must follow all instructions provided by the guide.
5. Liability
Ulises Experiences is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents caused by participants’ negligence or failure to follow safety instructions provided by our guides.
6. Modifications and Changes
Ulises Experiences reserves the right to modify or cancel experiences due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, cancellations from our side are very unlikely. In such cases, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made when possible.
