Nature first
Despite the growing tourism, we make every effort to ensure the animals are not disturbed and can continue nesting in the area. To protect their natural behavior in the bay, we limit groups to a maximum of 6 people, and chasing or touching the turtles is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does not respect these rules will be asked to return to shore.

Such an amazing experience! We swam with sea turtles in clear, turquoise water—absolutely magical. The guides were great, and we got some really cool photos to remember it all. A must-do if you’re in Tulum!
I booked for 2 people at the Bahía Principe Luxury Akumal hotel, before I confirmed it, I explained to the tour salesman that my wife doesn't know how to notice, he kept saying there are no problems, she can stay on the boat without going into the water, but when we got to the beach for excursions, they said you have to know how to notice, so we didn't go on excursions, returning to the hotel we asked for a refund, instead they didn't give us back 150 dollars, we called the hotel manager, there's nothing we can do, for they are scammers wait!
We were lucky enough to take the tour with Ulysses, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, he was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we had the right equipment and explaining everything to us with great knowledge about the turtles and their ecosystem.
During the tour, he guided us patiently and allowed us to enjoy swimming safely and respectful of nature. Plus, he took amazing photos of us swimming with the turtles, a memory we will cherish forever.
